The Proposals

A hybrid planning application will be submitted to Arun District Council seeking:
 

  • Detailed planning permission for the A29 realignment south of Barnham Road and the western spur south of the railway line connecting from the realigned A29 to the existing A29 at Lidsey bends as well as associated infrastructure; and
     

  • Outline planning permission for up to 1,250 homes, the local centre, primary school and associated infrastructure, including an east-west spine road.
